By aiding youths in the attainment of the Youth Patriotism Awards � Heritage Award, you are investing in the most valuable resource in America.
Remember, all requirements can be done with a unit, class, group, family, or individually and that you, the adult, should decide when a requirement has been met.
By helping a youth earn either the SILVER or GOLD Heritage medal, we would like you to be recognized as well. You, as an adult, are entitled to a GOLD Heritage medal once you have lead even a single youth to earning their Heritage medal. You also can earn Elective Stars that can be added to the ribbon portion of the medal. These Elective Stars are to represent the number of youths that have been led through the program.
